Dr. Diana M. Fennell
Dr. Diana Fennell was born in Emporia Virginia on August 6th, 1967. She spent her youth in Greensville County, Virginia where she attended Greenville County High School, Emporia, Virginia. After graduating and while she was in her early twenties, she relocated to Washington D.C. where she met and married Jeffrey Fennell, Sr., her husband of 30 years. From that union, they were blessed with two wonderful children, Jeffrey Fennell Jr. and DeJanee Fennell. Jeffrey Jr. is a business owner and DeJanee, an actress, singer, and business owner.
In 1995, Diana was elected as a Council Member for the Town of Colmar Manor and in 2000 she was elected Mayor, serving in that position until 2010. While she served as Mayor, in 2003, she became a member of the Maryland Affordable Housing Trust, serving on the Trust until 2010.
In 2014, Diana was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates. She was appointed to the Ways and Means Committee where she served on the following Subcommittees: Election Law, Revenues and Finance Resources. In 2017, she was appointed to the Economic Matters Committee, serving on the following subcommittees: Business Regulations, Banking and the Science and Technology Subcommittee.
She is the 2nd Vice Chair of the Prince George’s County Delegation, Co-Chairs the County Affairs Subcommittee; a member of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland, (Secretary 2015); a member of the Women Legislators of Maryland; Co-Chairs the Fire Caucus; a member of the Young Men’s Dem.; Past Vice-President, Prince George’s County Elected Women; Maryland Black Mayor’s Association (past secretary); Maryland Mayor’s Association (past secretary). member, Prince George’s County Municipal Association; member, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP); Ladies Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW); National Arbor Day Foundation; member, Prince George’s County Professional Fire Fighters and Paramedics, International Association of Fire Fighters, Local No. 1619.

CWI is recognized by the United States Federal government through their permits to serve as a licensed import/export company, with the capability to market and brand beverage products throughout various parts of the world.
CWI also has the capability to serve as a distributor and wholesaler of numerous products. Businesses include Gourmet Grocery Food Chains and Platinum Music Group.
The primary focuses of CWI are unique and untapped alcohol and bottled water beverages, food sales, distribution channels, multimedia marketing and production and promotional/event branding.
Dr. Fennell attended the Academy for Excellence in Local Goverance; School of Public Policy; University of Maryland, College Park, 2004. In April 2017, Dr. Fennell she received a Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humane Letters.
When the Maryland House of Delegates is not in session (May – December), she is employed by the Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department as a Community Advisory Coordinator.
