Accreditation and Memberships
Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp. (TIUAC) is an accredited member of the World-Wide Accreditation Commission of Christian Education Institutions, the Accrediting Commission on Biblical Higher Education, and the National Association of Private Theological Institutions (NAPTI). TIUAC are members of the National Bible College Association (NBCA), The Adult Higher Education Alliance and Academic Council of Educational Accountability (AHEA), and the Academic Council for Educational Accountability (ACEA), Academic Council for Educational Accountability, International Christian Coaching Associations, The American Association of Christian Counselors
The U.S. Department of Education states that accreditation itself is a voluntary process. Many high-quality, legitimate, and legal Colleges and Universities and other higher education institutions operate today without accreditation.
There is no mandate by federal law for a School, College, or University to be accredited or recognized. Many good schools are not accredited. Each accreditor has its own unique standards and, thus, there is no national consistency in institutional accreditation. Non-US governmental agencies award accreditation in the United States. Again, accreditation is strictly a voluntary option in the United States.
"The United States has no Federal Ministry of Education or other centralized authority exercising single national control over post-secondary educational institutions in this country. The States assume varying degrees of control over education, however, in general institutions of higher education are permitted to operate with considerable independence and autonomy. As a consequence, American educational institutions can vary widely in the character and quality of their programs.
In order to ensure a basic level of quality, the practice of accreditation arose in the United States as a means of conducting non-governmental, peer evaluation of educational institutions and programs. Private educational associations of regional or national scope have adopted criteria reflecting the qualities of a sound educational program and have developed procedures for evaluating institutions or programs to determine whether or not they are operating at basic levels of quality." LEGAL STATUS
Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp. is a private corporation in the state of Florida and is legally authorized by the Florida State Board of Independent Colleges and Universities (SBICU) with religious exemption authority to offer degree programs that are designed solely for religious vocations.
Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp. of Florida is a private, for-profit, non-denominational Christian online institution authorized by the State of Florida to operate under Section 246.084 of the Florida Statutes. According to this authorization and registration, the university is regulated by the State Board of Independent Colleges & Universities (SBICU). Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp. is registered and authorized to grant graduate and undergraduate degrees by the State of Florida Department of Education – Commission for Independent Education (CIE).
Credits and degrees earned from our institution do not qualify the holder for a state teaching certification, nor do they qualify the holder to participate in professional licensing examinations. Any person interested in obtaining a state teaching certificate or practicing a regulated profession should contact the appropriate regulatory agency in the field of their interest.
Disclosure Policy
The transferability of credits earned at Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp. and transferred to another institution is at the discretion of the receiving institution.

Tax Reporting Information
We wish to inform you that students enrolled at Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp. will not receive a 1098-T form from our institution.
Reasons for Not Issuing a 1098-T Form:
Non-Qualified Tuition and Related Expenses: Our institution does not have “qualified tuition and related expenses” as defined by the IRS for tax reporting purposes. Therefore, we are not required to issue 1098-T forms.
Non-Participation in Federal Financial Aid Programs: The university does not participate in the Federal Title IV financial aid program, including PELL Grants and Federal Student Loans. Expenses incurred by students are generally not eligible for education tax credits.
TIUAC makes no claims, implied or otherwise, that our educational programs, courses, or curricula are the same as offered by secular state colleges and universities. TIUAC desires to remain separate and thereby maintain our religious prerogatives and freedom to compose courses and design degree programs that are in accordance with our Biblical convictions and beliefs. TIUAC is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Education. Credits and Degrees earned at TIUAC are for those in Christian service.
(b) Where promotional material for an unaccredited institution consists of an advertisement in a periodical published by a person or entity that is not affiliated with the unaccredited institution, the disclosure required in subsection (a) may be abbreviated to state as follows NOT ACCREDITED BY AN AGENCY RECOGNIZED BY THE U.S. SECRETARY OF EDUCATION. The disclosure required under this subsection shall be made in a type size as large or larger than any other text in the advertisement.
TIUA has elected Biblical Accrediting Agencies because of our desire to remain free from the control of any Federal, State, or private agency controlled by same, that will not allow complete Religious Freedom in our curriculum and student body.
