The 44th Presidential Legacy Update

“The 44th Presidential Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award”
Presented by TIUA
Official Statement

(Also historically known as the Presidential Barack Obama Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award)

Trinity International University of Ambassadors (TIUA), including all subsidiaries and affiliate institutions, is committed to clarity, integrity, and full legal compliance in all institutional recognitions. The 44th Presidential Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award—historically known within TIUA as the Presidential Barack Obama Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award—is a private, legacy-themed honor presented exclusively by TIUA to acknowledge individuals whose lives reflect leadership, service, transformation, and excellence.

Historical Origins of the Legacy Items

During President Barack Obama’s administration, various commemorative plaques, recognition pieces, and memorabilia were legally made available to organizations, ministries, and community groups across the United States. TIUA lawfully obtained a supply of these commemorative items during that time. These items were not government-issued awards, but historical memorabilia created to celebrate leadership and civic contribution during a historic presidency.

Today, TIUA uses its remaining commemorative pieces to present the 44th Presidential Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award—formerly referred to within TIUA as the Presidential Barack Obama Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award—as a symbolic honor recognizing distinguished service and humanitarian impact.

No Government Affiliation or Endorsement

The TIUA 44th Presidential Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award is:

  • Not a United States government award

  • Not affiliated with the Obama Administration

  • Not associated with the Obama Foundation or any federal program

  • Not a continuation or replacement of any governmental or presidential award program

TIUA makes no claim—direct or implied—of endorsement, sponsorship, approval, partnership, or connection with President Barack Obama, the Obama Foundation, or any governmental entity.

TIUA’s Legacy Award is completely separate from and not affiliated with the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) program or the website presidentialserviceawards.gov.
