Introduction

Trinity International University of Ambassadors (TIUA), together with its subsidiaries and affiliate institutions, is committed to practicing the highest standards of institutional integrity, confidentiality, and responsible communication. As a Christian-centered educational institution, TIUA is guided by Biblical principles, legal safeguards, and ethical codes that govern how we address media inquiries, public communication, and matters involving current or former students, alumni, and honorees.

This Media & Confidentiality Policy outlines TIUA’s official procedures and boundaries regarding external communications.

1. Commitment to Confidentiality

TIUA upholds strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Student records

  • Alumni information

  • Disciplinary actions

  • Revocation decisions

  • Honorary recognition determinations

  • Academic status

  • Internal investigations

  • Payment histories

  • Personal or legal matters relating to any individual

TIUA does not publicly release or discuss any information pertaining to private individuals.

The ONLY official response to any media inquiry is:

TIUA handles all disciplinary reviews, concerns, or revocation decisions privately, including those involving:

  • eligibility

  • violations of TIUA values

Public announcements are never issued for:

  • revocations

  • corrective actions

As a Christian university operating under Georgia’s religious education exemption, TIUA:

  • is not obligated to respond to external approval claims

  • is solely responsible for its ministry-aligned recognitions

TIUA honors individuals based on ministry-based criteria, not external popularity or approval.

9. Finality of Institutional Responses

The institution maintains the right to determine when a matter is closed.

Once TIUA has issued a statement, clarification, or policy update — particularly those found on our official website — the matter is considered complete and no further commentary will be provided.

Attempts to reopen, pressure, or demand commentary will not alter TIUA’s stance.
