STUDENT GRIEVANCE & COMPLAINT POLICY

Trinity International University of Ambassadors is committed to the fair, respectful, and orderly resolution of student concerns.

Scope

This policy applies to concerns related to:

  • Program delivery

  • Administrative services

  • Institutional conduct

Resolution Process

  1. Students are encouraged to seek informal resolution through direct communication with the appropriate department or representative.

  2. If unresolved, a written grievance may be submitted to TIUA administration.

  3. TIUA leadership will review the grievance and issue a written determination.

Final Authority

All grievance determinations made by TIUA are final. Submission of a grievance does not waive TIUA’s institutional authority, religious governance, or internal decision-making rights.


FINANCIAL TERMS & REFUND POLICY

Financial Responsibility

All tuition, fees, program costs, and participation payments associated with Trinity International University of Ambassadors are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Non-Refundable Fees

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by TIUA, the following fees are non-refundable:

  • Application fees

  • Registration fees

  • Honorary degree graduates processing fees

  • Event deposits

  • Digital products, services, and online access

Program Modifications

TIUA reserves the right to modify program schedules, faculty assignments, delivery formats, locations, or program details as necessary to fulfill its mission and operational needs.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes initiated without prior written communication with TIUA may result in:

  • Immediate removal from programs or events

  • Suspension of services or access

  • Revocation of recognitions, credentials, or participation privileges

TIUA reserves the right to pursue appropriate remedies to protect institutional integrity.
