TIUA is not a healthcare provider, mental health provider, or treatment facility.
Participation in any honorary degree program, educational course, leadership initiative, mentoring experience, faith-based activity, conference, retreat, or event offered by TIUA does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, or care of any kind.
Participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. TIUA does not evaluate, monitor, diagnose, or manage individual health conditions. Individuals are strongly encouraged to seek guidance, evaluation, or treatment from appropriately licensed medical, mental health, or healthcare professionals when needed.
TIUA and its affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for personal health decisions, medical conditions, mental health matters, or outcomes arising before, during, or after participation in any TIUA-related program, service, or activity.
