The 46th Presidential Legacy Update

“The 46th Presidential Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award”
Presented by TIUA
Official Statement

Trinity International University of Ambassadors (TIUA), including all subsidiaries and affiliate institutions, is committed to clarity, integrity, and full legal compliance in all institutional recognitions. The 46th Presidential Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award—historically connected to commemorative items created during the administration of the 46th President of the United States—is a private, legacy-themed honor presented exclusively by TIUA to acknowledge individuals whose lives reflect leadership, service, excellence, and positive societal impact.

Historical Origins of the Legacy Items

During President Joe Biden’s administration, various commemorative plaques, recognition pieces, and memorabilia were legally produced and made available to organizations, ministries, and community groups across the United States. TIUA lawfully obtained a supply of these commemorative items during that time. These items were not government-issued awards, but historical memorabilia created to acknowledge leadership, civic contribution, and public service during that presidential era.

Today, TIUA uses its remaining commemorative pieces to present the 46th Presidential Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award as a symbolic institutional honor recognizing distinguished service, humanitarian impact, and personal leadership.

No Government Affiliation or Endorsement

The TIUA 46th Presidential Legacy Lifetime Achievement Award is:

  • Not a United States government award

  • Not affiliated with the Biden Administration

  • Not associated with the Biden Foundation or any federal program

  • Not a continuation or replacement of the President’s Volunteer Service Award or any other government initiative

TIUA makes no claim—direct or implied—of endorsement, sponsorship, approval, partnership, or connection with President Joe Biden, the Biden Foundation, or any governmental or presidential entity.

TIUA’s Legacy Award is completely separate from and not affiliated with the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) program or the website presidentialserviceawards.gov.
